What is personal data?

Where we process your personal data, we state exactly which data are used for which purposes. Taprite uses your personal data only for the purpose for which you have left them. We guarantee that your data will not be used for other purposes.
Only the data that is actively left behind will be used and treated confidentially. The personal data will only be released with your explicit consent. We do not offer unsolicited information and / or services and we will not provide your personal data to any other third parties, unless there is a legal obligation to do so.
We use software to track traffic patterns and website usage. With this we can further develop the design and layout of the website. With this software we cannot collect data to identify a specific person. If so-called profiles are kept, they will only be used to better adapt the website or app to your needs and if we do so, it will be communicated in advance.
Your rights and choices regarding personal information
Subject to certain limitations, and based on your residency, you may be entitled to the following rights:
· Right to access/know. You have the right to know and request information about the categories and specific pieces of information we have collected about you within the last 12 months, as well as the categories of sources from which such information is collected, the purpose for collecting such information, and the categories of third parties with whom we share such information. You also have the right to know if we have sold or disclosed your personal information.
· Right to correct. You have the right to notify us through the “Contact Us” section at the bottom of this Privacy Policy to correct any mistakes in your Personal Information or update your preferences; we may also not be able to accommodate your request if we believe it would violate any law or legal requirement or cause the information to be incorrect; data solely retained for data backup purposes is generally excluded.
· Right to delete. You have the right to request the deletion of your Personal Information, subject to certain exceptions.
· Right to non-discrimination. You have the right to not be discriminated against for exercising any of the above-listed rights. We may, however, provide a different level of service or charge a different rate reasonably relating to the value of your Personal Information.
· Right to limit use and disclosure of Sensitive Personal Information. You have the right limit the use of and disclosure of your Sensitive Personal Information we collect or maintain, to only those purposes necessary to provide our Services.
· Opt-out of the sale or sharing of personal information (but note, as per the above, we do not sell your Personal Information to or share your Personal Information with third parties for cross contextual advertising, nor do we intend to, as those terms are defined in the CPRA. We also have not done so for the last 12 months).
You can send a request for inspection, correction, deletion, data transfer of your personal data or request for cancellation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to sales-us@disptek.com.
Security of personal data
Taprite takes the protection of your data seriously and we take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. If you feel that your data is not properly secured or there are indications of abuse, please contact us via sales-us@disptek.com.
Amendments privacy policy
We reserve the right to change this Policy at any time in our sole discretion without prior notice to you to reflect such changes. Changes shall be effective immediately upon the posting of the modified Privacy Policy. Users of the Website are advised to regularly read the Privacy Policy for possible changes.
