Timeline

1940 - Tap-Rite is founded in New Jersey as a supplier of beer dispensing equipment.

1997 - Taprite merges with Standard-Keil and relocates to San Antonio, Texas, under the name Taprite-Fassco and begins supplying soda dispensing equipment.

1999 – Aalberts Industries acquires Taprite-Fassco and its sister company North American Dispense, a supplier of dispensing equipment to the beer industry.

2010 - Taprite-Fassco and North American Dispense merge both soda and beer product lines under the name Taprite.

2016 - Aalberts Industries acquires soda equipment manufacturer Schroeder America and soda and beer equipment manufacturer Vinservice.
